Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 9 August 2026
Nothing is on sale yet
Rotor's paid tiers are published but not purchasable. There is currently no transaction that could need refunding. This policy is published in advance so that it is readable before a purchase rather than after one — and so a merchant-of-record reviewer can find it without an account.
30-day refund
When checkout opens: if Rotor does not work for you, email support@dfacto.ai within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No justification is required, no phone call, no retention flow.
How to request one
Send your order or receipt reference to support@dfacto.ai. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel at any time from the link in your purchase receipt, or by emailing support@dfacto.ai. Cancellation stops future renewals; your licence keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. A lifetime licence has nothing to cancel.
After 30 days
Refunds outside the window are at our discretion, and we will always consider genuine cases — for example if a change we made stopped the Software working on your browser.
The free trial
The 14-day Pro trial requires no payment details, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. When it ends, the extension returns to the Free tier automatically. Nothing breaks, nothing is removed, and no data is lost — Free is the whole version 1.0 product.
What you never lose
Whatever happens to a licence, your accounts remain yours and remain exportable. Export is not gated by tier, by licence state, by trial expiry, or by anything else. It is two clicks away from a Free install with a lapsed trial, exactly as it is from a paid one.
